Which bull bar brands do you recommend?

We've had great results with OCAM, Ironman, and Off Road Animal — they offer quality construction, good warranty support, and clean fitment across a wide range of vehicles. That said, we're not tied to any specific brand — if you'd prefer something else, that's no problem.

Can you fit a winch to my existing bull bar?

It depends on whether your bull bar is winch-compatible. Most quality bull bars are designed to accommodate a winch, but some lighter bars aren't. We'll check your bar and let you know what's possible — if a new bar is needed, we'll walk you through your options.

Why Runva winches?

Runva winches offer excellent value and reliability for the price. We've fitted plenty of them and they've proven themselves in real recovery situations. That said, we can source other winch brands if you have a preference — just ask.

How long does a bull bar and winch installation take?

Accepted Answer

A bull bar fitment on its own can typically take over half a day. Adding a winch with full wiring usually takes many hours more — it really depends on the bar provided and the type of wiring involved. If we're having to solder connections, fit spotlights, a light bar, or other accessories onto the bar, there are a lot of factors that can come into it. We'll give you an estimated timeframe once we know the full scope of the job.

Will a bull bar affect my vehicle warranty?

In most cases, no — as long as the accessories are properly installed and don't interfere with factory systems like airbags or sensors. We follow best-practice installation methods and use quality components to ensure your warranty is protected.
