Our BiTDI tuning program delivers real, measurable results — validated on our partnership-accessed 4WD dyno. The CDUC BiTDI is the twin-turbo version of the EA897 V6 TDI, producing 230 kW and 650 Nm in stock form. Using a two-stage charging system with a smaller low-pressure turbo and a larger high-pressure turbo, the BiTDI has significantly more performance headroom than the single-turbo variants.
Found in the Audi A6 C7 and SQ5, the BiTDI is the most powerful diesel engine in the VW Group's V6 TDI lineup. A quality remap unlocks the full potential of the twin-turbo setup, with the second turbo transforming top-end performance. We calibrate specifically for the BiTDI's unique twin-turbo architecture.

ECU Remapping
The BiTDI CDUC has even more headroom than the single-turbo V6 TDI variants. The twin-turbo setup responds exceptionally well to remapping — gains of 40–55 kW and 80–110 Nm are typical. We calibrate specifically for the two-stage charging system.
DPF Solutions
The BiTDI's DPF system can become an issue at higher kilometres. We advise on and implement solutions that restore performance while keeping your vehicle roadworthy.
EGR Solutions
