ECU Remapping
The 200 Series 1VD-FTV is already more powerful than the 70 Series tune but still has excellent headroom. A custom remap delivers stronger mid-range torque, improved towing ability, and noticeably better throttle response.
Intercooler Upgrades
Factory intercoolers on the 200 Series suffer heat soak under sustained load — towing in summer or climbing mountain passes. An upgraded unit keeps charge air temperatures stable for consistent performance.
Exhaust Systems
A 3" or 4" stainless system reduces exhaust backpressure on the twin-turbo setup, helping turbos spool faster and allowing the engine to breathe more freely under load. Off-road DPF options available.
Catch Can Systems
Critical maintenance for the 1VD-FTV. We fit purpose-built catch can kits that prevent blow-by contamination of the intake manifold, which becomes an expensive clean on the 200 Series.
