Intercooler Upgrades
The D23's factory intercooler becomes a restriction under sustained load — particularly when towing on hot days. An upgraded intercooler keeps charge temps stable, protecting the engine and maintaining consistent performance.
Exhaust Systems
A 3" stainless exhaust system reduces backpressure on the twin-turbo setup, helping turbos spool quicker and freeing up the mid-range. A noticeable improvement for both performance and sound. Off-road DPF options available.
Catch Can Systems
The YS23DDT produces significant blow-by that contaminates the intake manifold and intercooler over time. A quality catch can kit is one of the best preventative maintenance investments for D23 longevity.
